"Take a Break..for YOU"

I don't know about you, but there is something about this time of year, that makes me realize I need to slow down, regroup & recharge myself. We are all juggling many, many things. We need to be healthy~ mind, body & spirit~ not just for those we love & care for, but for ourselves. I love this poster with "50 ways to take a break" Please, take the time, to do some of these, everyday, this weekend, this month. Your body will thank you, and you will feel better.
